El Reinu de Lesothu o simplemente Lesothu (tamién Lesotho; en sesotho Muso oa Lesotho) ye un país del sur d'África, arrodiáu enteramente pola República de Sudáfrica. Enantes conocíu baxo'l nome de Basutolandia, ye un miembru de la Commonwealth. El nome del país pue tornase como «el país de los que falen sesotho».
