Alimentació Menja bàsicament vegetació aquàtica (algues, principalment) i, en menor quantitat, insectes petits.
Hàbitat Viu en zones de clima tropical.
Distribució geogràfica Es troba a Angola, República Democràtica del Congo i República del Congo.
