Lithothamnion neglectum (Foslie) Foslie, 1902 é o nome botânico de uma espécie de algas vermelhas pluricelulares do gênero Lithothamnion, subfamília Melobesioideae.
São algas marinhas encontradas na Ilha de Gonçalo Álvares, Chile e Antárctica.
