Terry Ann Plank (Wilmington, Delaware, ) é uma geoquímica e vulcanologista estadunidense.
Estudou no Dartmouth College, onde obteve o bacharelado em 1985, obtendo um doutorado em 1993 no Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory da Universidade Columbia, orientada por Charles H. Langmuir, com a tese Mantle Melting and Crustal Recycling at Subduction Zones. Em 1995 foi professora assistente na Universidade do Kansas e em 1999 professora associada e 2004 professora na Universidade de Boston. Em 2008 foi professora na Universidade Columbia (Arthur D. Storke Memorial Professor).
Em 2013 foi eleita membro da Academia Nacional de Ciências dos Estados Unidos e da Academia de Artes e Ciências dos Estados Unidos. Recebeu a Medalha Wollaston de 2018.
