Токутаро Ито (, 1868—1941) — японский ботаник и миколог.
Биография Родился в провинции Овари. Его отец — Нобуёси Ито (Накано). Он переехал в Токио в 1872 году, изучал ботанику у своего деда Кейсуке.
Занимался изучением физиологии и анатомии растений в Кембриджском университете и таксономию растений в Садах Кью с 1884 по 1887 год. Вернувшись в Японию, он провел исследования японской флоры и грибов. Токутаро был первым японцем, который дал научные названия эндемичным растениям Японии.
