Sievert Allen Rohwer (Telluride (Colorado), 1887 - Estats Units, 1951) va ser un naturalista i zoòleg nord-americà.
El 1925 va treballar com a director d'entomologia de la recentment creada "Divisió d'Investigació Taxonòmica" de la USDA. I també va ser "Comissari de Hymenoptera, del "Museu Nacional dels Estats Units".
