William Goldsmith, nado o 4 de xullo de 1972 en Seattle, Washington, é un batería de rock coñecido sobre todo polo seu tempo coa banda de Seattle Sunny Day Real Estate. Actualmente traballa con The Fire Theft, tamén estivo en bandas como Foo Fighters, 5iveStyle e IQU, e gravou e tocou en directo con moitos outros grupos. A súa maior influencia é Keith Moon de The Who.
